I haven't received my ticket confirmation?
When you have completed your ticket purchase you will have receive a ticket confirmation email. Make sure you check your main Inbox and Junk in case it has ended up there You will also received an email to set up an account where you can see your purchased tickets. You can always log into this account to see the tickets you have purchased and your dispatch details.
Can I get into the event with just my ticket confirmation?
No, your ticket confirmation email confirms you have purchased your ticket. However, your actual ticket will be received separately as an e-ticket.
Can I get a refund for my event ticket?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
